Lunchtime Event Proposals
We invite proposals for social events which will be held during lunchtimes.
- What to be provided
- A room
- Desks and chairs (Please ask for other things)
- Advertisement on web site
- When
You can use lunchtime (12:00—13:30) on 16 (Mon), 17 (Tue), 18 (Wed), or 19 (Thu). Multi-day events can be allowed.
- Lunch
It is best to get lunch on-site to start immediately after the morning sessions. On-site lunch tickets can be purchased when making registration.
