In this text, the ideal way of the Technical College education that will receive half a century soon is considered based on the educational experience in author's Technical College and communication with the Technical College people such as student or graduate afterwards. At first I describe "Saturday Afternoon School" and "Nano-Satellite-making by the Technical College student" from an educational practice of 17 years in Tokyo Metropolitan College of Aeronautical Engineering. Next, it introduces the activity of three groups on the Human Network KOSEN (Technical College), the Technical College Conference, and the embedded system industry Technical College network as Technical College people's (student, graduate, and teacher of Technical College) activity. Finally, the Technical College evaluation of the feature of the Technical College education, the Technical College evaluation of the OECD higher education investigation committee, and the Japan Machinery Federation is described, and my ideal Technical College image is shown at the end.
