* The registration fee does not include hotel accommodation, banquet, excursion and any personal activities.

Student Registration

The student package is exclusively designed for all graduate and PhD students who have not yet received their doctorate. We will check your student ID at the reception desk upon arrival.

Cancellation

If cancellations are requested before and on July 19, 2019, we will pay back all amounts you paid to Symposium without additional fee. However, if cancellations are requested on and after July 20, 2019, a refund is not available. To cancel a registration, please contact the Registration Desk, the email address of which will be shown on the "CONTACT" page.

Registration fee / Company Exhibition fee payment method

Payment must be made in Japanese currency in the form of bank transfer or Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX or JCB). NO BANK DRAFT OR PERSONAL CHECK WILL BE ACCEPTED. All bank charges are to be borne by the remitter. Note that attendees can pay the registration fee at the venue by cash only (Japanese Yen).
